Eco Beach resort is located 120km south of Broome, it is primarily a holiday resort with expensive accommodation, camping and caravans are not allowed. However a day trip here is well worth it, Eco Beach Resort will launch and retrieve your boat for $25.
From Eco Beach it is a 11km boat trip north to Jacks Creek, which has good fishing for Mangrove Jack, Cod and Barramundi. Low tide is a good time to walk the creek and cast lures. The beaches along the river mouth have Queenfish, Trevally and Blue Salmon.
Further north approximately 19km from Eco Beach is Yardoogarra Creek. This is a shallow creek however it there is some good fishing here. Trolling the mouth of the river produces Threadfin Salmon and Barramundi. Around the snags on an incoming tide there is plenty of Mangrove Jack, Barramundi, Blue Salmon and cod.
The offshore waters from Eco Beach is fairly shallow, however the reefs produce Tuskfish, Grass Emperor and Pelagics. Further offshore the reef fishing gets better however the waters can get very choppy.
